Rates - 2023

Quiet Season (January 1 to April 30)

  • Weekend (2 nights – Friday and Saturday): $700
  • Weeknights (2 night minimum): $300/night

Spring (May 1 to June 30)

  • Weekend (2 nights – Friday and Saturday): $1100
  • Weeknights (2 night minimum): $350/night

Summer (June 30 to September 1)

  • Weekly: $3200 (Saturday changeover)

Fall (September 2 to October 31)

  • Weekend (2 nights – Friday and Saturday): $1100
  • Weeknights (2 night minimum): $350/night

Quiet Season (November 1 to December 31)

  • Weekend (2 nights – Friday and Saturday): $700
  • Weeknights (2 night minimum): $300/night

Tax: Rates are subject to 13% HST and 4% MAT (municipal accommodation tax). (Please note that the VRBO site adds the 4% MAT into the listed rates and only breaks out the 13% HST separately.)
